1) get a cup of boiling water. Dip your knife into it and cut while the knife is hot into cooled fudge.

2) spray the knife with pam, nothing sticks and it doesnt affect your fudge.

3)like anyone would care? they all just want to CHOMP it asap heck if the line is a tag ragged. Mine never lasts just a few hours. Piglets everyone of them!
