Large type of lizard. They can stand up on their hind legs and run really fast. A 5' long one ran down next door's driveway - we were all running the other way :!:

It is said here that when you see a deer run across the road...'where there's one there is always two'!:)And when you see several of the girls out and about...the big buck is usually following not far behind...:)Skeat

Love to see these in our yard, too. Have a herd of about 30, usually. Had a buck in back this morning.

Miss the deer, turkey's and a Mtn. Lion once in a while from my home in western SD. Black Hills. Live in Littleton, CO - since June. Retired teacher.
