Default DGD Birthday Gift

Not a quilt this year...I made American Girl clothes for her doll...she is turning 5 and has requested I make her doll some clothes. So far I have 3 outfits, one Coat, hat and scarf and PJs...not sure what else to make. My problem is that once I start on these I don't want to quit!

How cute! I love the coat and tam! Could you do a rain slicker and boots out of lightweight vinyl? Which am. girl doll? Sometimes they each have different aspects of their personalities you can work with.

If you're asking for ideas I think every little girl and doll should always have a little sailor suit dress in their wardrobe, that is timeless. The doll clothes you've made are adorable. I don't blame you for having too much fun and not wanting to stop.

Those are all so cute! What are some of your DGD's favorite outfits? My daughter was about her age and had Barbies. I made a lot of her clothes, so I made her Barbie matching clothes. Just an idea. I also had fun doing that!

Adorable, great job! Used to sew alot of clothes for the cabbage patch dolls when they first came out so I understand your addiction!
