I just got back from the fabric store. DGD was picking out fat quarters for herself and pointing out fabric with big floral prints because she knows it like it and my DD was running over to tell me they had solid colored cotton on sale and I must be running low. OK, maybe all my fabric is an addiction but these two are my enablers. (Oh, by the way I always take them with me.    That way I can say they made me do it. )

Ket your hubby read about all the members on this board and their stashes, and show him some pics of it and their rooms. Then tell him what the lady at the store told me, who that dies with the most wins!!

Men don't understand. I'm starting a stash so I don't have that problem yet but if I did have a problem with my husband making comments about my stash, I would have to remind him of all his Harbor Freight purchases that he makes because he has so much "stuff" in his little shop that he can't find the stuff he needs when he needs it. At least quilters usually organize their stuff, lol!

No problem here.....

Find some of those pictures of really big stashes to show your DH and then he'll feel lucky and you can keep shopping

There's nothing greater than getting ready to start a project and find the fabric just waiting for you in your stash!

My quilting and sewing material has to be a large one. When the snow begins to fly around here, I am not going out there. No way jose!

The other comment I wanted to make was, You have a problem when you buy the same fabric twice because you forgot you already bought it. And it was twice as much as what you needed. LOL!

But then again, it is weird ... Sometimes I swear the fabric multiplies all by itself. I think to myself ... Where did this come from? I don't remember buying this ... Now that is a problem! Sleep buying. LOL!
