I'm with the, "who doesn't" group here!
Everything is yellow outside right now! pretty color but will eat the paint off your car
Everyone I know has allergies and sinus. We probably have as much pollen as anywhere, so if your thinking of moving to good old Flor-heat-a, and have bad sinuses, I'd think that one over a bit.
    ah-choo!

All the time....Get some saline nasal spray and start spraying. It not only helps clear up the stuffy nose, but it helps stop the bleeding before they begin.

Sacramento is in the valley of pollen and other nasal irritants. I usually do OK though. Pat, not so much.

My nephew has a lot of trouble with nose bleeds and my sister got a nasal oil to keep the passage lubed. Check with your pharmacy - they may be able to recommend something.

You might not be drinking enough if you keep having nosebleeds, that's how I get them. I used to get sinus infections all winter long, then I started taking Claritin every day and it's helped a lot. I've only had two sinus infections in the last four years.

My DH can have nosebleed problems in dry weather. He applies Vicks (or store-brand clone) to the inside of his nose, and that does seem to help him.
