I'll go with the cupcakes. After ten years of hot flashes, and still continuing, I deserve all the cupcakes I can eat.

I'm going to celebrate "no more" hot flashes! Had them in my late 40's, and then had surgery last year, so NO MORE!

I hear ya! I was doing fine before chemo, and now I have hot flashes constantly, haven't even started tamoxifen yet! Oh boy. I have fans all over the house. I know how you feel ladies. Though I won't be running around the streets! :-)

Today was also Spirit Day. We wore purple shirts as reminders to remember all the youths who have committed suicide because of being bullied for being gay or being perceived to be gay. We had a memorial service last night with about 400 attending to remember the teens who gave up their lives in the month of September. There were easel boards with names of 6, 2 were 13, the oldest 19.
