The fabric is striking!! It looks good with the flooring, etc. Nice work. I've redone our dining room chairs several times, but never with as interesting fabric as yours. I love them.

It is not a pattern. Just a piece of fabric. Could not be easier to cover. Ikea sells fabric that is perfect for upholstery ,bags and curtains. It is thicker than 100% cotton fabric.
Sorry, I meant the pattern on the fabric. I knew it wasn't pieced. So you got it at Ikea? I wonder if they have it at mine?

Not hard AT ALL.... turn the chair upside down on a covered table and just look what's there. The rest is easy...easier if your bottom screws off.

Love the fabric. It really stands out with your table and chairs. It is so easy to recover chair seats and it really makes a difference in how they look. Makes an old set look new again. (Did my parent's chairs and they have to be almost as old as I am but what a difference it made)

All Ikea's sell the same things. I was in Sweden visiting family and went to 3 Ikea's--they are even layed out very much the same. The only issue might be that I got this over the past year and if your store is out---then it is out.
