you should always have benadryl on hand..even for spider bites, my husband was bit while sleeping, and his face swelled up.

My dog sticks his face into fire ant hills and blisters where they sting him. Stupid dog. I do watch to make sure he doesn't swell up though. I keep Benadryl on hand (usually for me as I'm allergic to mosquito bites) Glad to know I can give them to him if necessary.

update about Felix my dog that got stung by a bee, he is doing fine now, he is still taking his daily meds for the next 5 days. he slept good last night
