Check Hobby Lobby. Pretty sure I saw the doll head, arms and legs with the cloth body you can assemble. Not sure if they still carry them or what price it was.

http://www.amazon.com/Doll-Clothes-H...dp/B000H8WG70/
http://www.amazon.com/LAVENDAR-HANGE...dp/B00BHIWPDY/

and probably others!

thank you all for posting such great info on doll clothes and closets. LOL I especially loved the idea of the wooden bookcase one made to hang up the doll's clothes. Such a clever idea, I will be scouting out yard sales this summer so I can make one for each of my granddaughters. I printed the PJ pattern and will make them each a pair of PJs for their dolls. THANK YOU Happy Holidays to ALL

I bought my "american girl" at Target...everything that fits her fits the Grands' American Girl dolls perfectly...she was way cheap too. Have any of you gone to the AG store in Chicago...what a hoot, but way too much money is spent there I fear!!

Glad you found a doll at JoAnn's. Here is a link to a simple doll dress I found on the internet.

Manysmallfriends.com has some cute free patterns. I just made a sweater for A.G.doll using a recycled baby sweater size 3-6months, turned out so cute. Dolldiaries.com also has cute patterns.
