I just forwarded it to DH. Wonder if he sees the humor in it. He has come back from shopping a time or two and NOT brought the items on the list because I had mistakenly wrote the brand name as part of the item. When the store didn't carry the brand name, he got lost. poor poor male brain - what a challenge. lol

When we were kids my Mom sent us with our teenaged cousin to the grocery store. On the list was 4 1/2 gallons. He knew my Mom had the half gallon size at home so - he started piling those cartons in the shopping cart. Nine cartons looked like an awful lot, even for the milk-loving family we are and we asked him about it. He insisted.

I just listened to it with my husband and 17 yr old daughter. We were all in tears.

As I listened I could picture my husband doing the same thing. That's why it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO funny to me.

OMG my DH is a compulsive list-shopper. It's a bit of an issue between us. If I dare write something like "tomatoes" on the list and say- don't buy unless they are nice - he will still come home with dead tomatoes just because they were on the list.
Now to remember, don't number....
