Default Dryer lint

Has anyone found a use for dryer lint? Can it be used in a pet bed?

I have seen that some make pictures out of it. I just toss it in the trash.

I also toss it. I think it's nasty.

I stuff it into used toilet paper tubes and saving them for fire starters for the woodstove this winter. The stuff is nasty especially if you have pets or someone with long hair in the house. My sister tried to use it as stuffing for a pillow and the lint just poofed out thru the seams and fabric when you leaned against it. Yuk!

Yep, we did that for our Girl Scout troop. Stuff some lint in each hole of a cardboard egg carton. Pour some melted crayons over it. Insert a used birthday candle and let harden. Cut the carton apart and you have 12 fire starters that never fail.
