I would like to say a BIG Thanks to all those that have sent cards or will be sending one. Dalton has broke the record, bless his heart he is overwhelmed with cards!!! I believe he is going to be the record holder for a very long time!!!! I hope this will give his mother another precious blessed memory to hold on to. She has been on my mind so much. I guess its the mother in me, and knowing the love shared between mother & child.

I would also like to share a conversation I had with my 10 year old last night. As I was looking on facebook, at Dalton's pictures and reading about him I began to cry.

My son comes along and says: "Mom, do you know that kid"
Me: No.
Son: Then why are you crying?
Me: Because I'm thinking about his mommy, and how she will feel when her baby is an angel.
Son (with tears in his eyes): Because you would miss us if we went to heaven?
I shake my head yes
Son: Mom, lets send him 20 cards.

Of course, We didn't send 20 cards but it was so rewarding to know that maybe by having compassion for others, and my children seeing this at their young ages they will grow up to be wonderful, caring men.

We are all in this life together, and eventhough times are hard, and alot of people are doing bad things, for the most part PEOPLE ARE GOOD!!!

Thanks again to all of the wonderful members of the QB!!!

I live in Kentucky and this story has been featured on our local news. It will make a dying child happy and will cost very little. I do not personally know the child, but THANKS to everyone that sends a card. Happy Holidays to all!
