I have played a few games listed here... the best was the draw on your head..after everyone was done..oh my heavens..we all laughed so hard. The other one we did, and was a quicker type game. Say the mom to be's name is Kansas City .. you have to name baby related things using the letters in her name. K. A. N. S. A. S. Or you can use the babies name if they know the sex and what name they picked out also.

Ask the guests to write down items they think the mom to be will get as gifts. The one with the most right answers win.

For a baby twist - use brands of baby products.

I seem to remember being at a shower once where we played a "you can't cross your legs" game. Whoever was able to go longest without accidentally crossing their legs won a small prize.

Try not to say baby at a baby shower is harder than you think! :)
They did this at a baby shower that I attended for my niece at Ft. Leonard Wood (in MO) - it was given by the Commanding Officer's wife for my niece. We were all given ribbons with little plastic "babies" tied on them. At the end of the party - the young lady that had ALL of them around her neck was the BLIND daughter of the Commanding General.
