Just ignore it, it is spam, I have gotten several of them, and just delete them from my computer. They eventually quit.

if you opened a new window and then went to ebay then you should be ok.

Just never click on a link inside an email asking you to login into any account. EVER!
This can not be repeated often enough.

I had the same thing happen to me a couple of years ago. I contacted EBay to let them know. I also changed my password just to be safe. It was a scam.

I have gotten dozens of these "phishing" emails, got caught ONCE, changed password immediately, no problems. They seem to have given up on me lately.

I have gotten several of these emails -- they are from a hacker. Don't follow the links no matter how official looking or scary they sound.

Everytime DH uses PayPal he gets a bunch -- some even look like they came from the place he was buying from. We just delete them.

My husband had a problem with Ebay and could not find anyone to help him. He had to go thru PayPal to get the help. Give that a shot it might work for you also.
