I personally love eggs benedict. It looks wonderful to me. I like alot of Hollandase sauce.

Marsye those eggs look as good as the ones I had in Santa Fe,I has a virgin bloody mary with mine.

Geezzz now I'm Hungry.... But BK dosen't serve Hard fried Eggs w/Gravy, Sausage r Crispy Bacon, Hash Browns, with Biscuits and Jelly on the side. Yummmm

Do you do omelets too? You must be the best cook in Arkansas! Between finding Marshall Dry Goods and cooking breakfast for us, I'd say you're just about perfect!
