I watched Alton Brown make Hollandaise the other day. OMG it takes 1/2 pound of butter. Holy Cow!

ah, the joy of knowing someone else likes to cook breakfast.. This looks absolutely delish, but give me a grilled tuna/cheddar/apple panini in the morning, and I am a happy camper! Thanks for the smile this morning!
