Sometimes when that happens you just have to wait to see the food before you know what you are craving. The wait can make you nuts. lol.

Sure do; normally when this happens I go to Church's Fried Chicken and get 3 thighs, spicey. It is the crunchiest chicken and w/the spice it normally satisfies my cravings. I was craving FF the other day though; all day long.

Peanut Butter satisfies me sometimes. Other times I get cravings for something 'green'. Make BIG salad with everything in it and just pig out.

I've heard when we're hungry and nothing helps it's because we're thristy but don't realize it. Chocolate helps me also.Sue
