Sounds like pups training has a way to go.... Hope you feel better soon. Try taking a hot bath and add some epsom salts it will help with the soreness.

I understand about the ribs. I've had that problem for about 6 weeks. Do be sure to take deep breaths to keep from getting a serious cough.
You may want to see a chiropractor to make sure the ribs aren't out of place. It has helped me immensely.
