Yes this is a good one, Mum gave this little brick to my brother as part of his birthday present. My brother has an aversion to exercise and according to mum is looking "a little portly" of late. My brother not missing a beat when Mum asked him a couple of weeks later if he had been exercising told her - yes mum, I have walked around the block twice.
