Here in eastern Tennessee we normally have a beautiful showing of Autumn but we don't hold out much hope for pretty colors this year. We've had little to no rain in months. But a few trees are turning now so we may have a little color. I love all the pictures above. Beautiful!

I really envy all of you who have these vivid autumn colours on your doorstep. Several years ago my DH and I went to Ontario and New Brunswick in October and the leaves were spectacular.
We have a lot of ugly Norwegian maples around our city and all the leaves do is turn brown and dry out. Wish we had sugar maples, birch, etc.. :cry:

It really was stunning, so vibrant and I am sure the photo my husband took on his (much more expensive and full of bells and whistles) camera will be even more stunning. We just could not stop looking at the tree and I am sure the owners though we were stalkers! lol

that's so nice, i miss the changing colors too, but not the bad weather that comes after the changing, the memories are the best . thank-you for putting them on here.
