I was driving down the freeeway near here the other day and saw this large bird soaring in front of me. As I got closer, I noted the white head and white tail. Did he/she ever look majestic in flight. I almost did not keep an eye on the road, luckily I was the only one at that time.

A friend of mine told me about these eagles in Alton, Ill. I'm hoping to get to see them sometime soon. Thanks for the photos!
