Ya, I did. The pattern called for all of one color, but I have 4 chickens so did one for each's color! My first ever applique thingy.

My cat cuddles up to the sewing machine while I'm using it. Doesn't seem to bother him when fabric coming out of the machine piles up on him.

It must be a rule for cats because mine do the same thing! I'm not sure what it is with cats and quilting but they go hand-in-hand. LOL

Mine supervise to make sure I'm doing it correctly. Of course, if I don't cover the frame with a box lid, they will jump up there & use it as a hammock....
