I've got a job. :)

I'll be running the office ... just me and the General Manager... am I scared you bet :)

doing all the invoices, purchases looking after all the stuff imported from overseas, payroll ... what have I let myself in for ;)

all stuff I know how to do but still scarey

Congratulations! All new jobs are a bit scary at first (probably our self-doubt) but I say "remember the resume" and be the confident person portrayed there.

Congrats. Its always hard to start a new job. Thats why I've been working at the same place for 26 years.

You'll do great. Take notes as necessary and ask questions as to specifics. In a week you'll be running the place like you've been there forever. Congrats!
