I get mine at Sam's. Was advised to take it for to make triglycerides better. Take it right before or after I eat to avoid the burping thing.

I use Finest brand from Walgrens. It is 1200mg and coated to prevent aftertaste. I take it after a meal. It has completly healed my sore joints. I can't believe how I can get up and down without pain. Try it You'll like it. Can't hurt.

We have taken fish oil for years. It is supposed to help brain function as one ages. (of course that hasn't been proven) Our elderly Labrador Retriever takes it, too, to improve her coat.

My Dr told me to start taking fish oil but the pills are huge and I have a terrible time with large pills, does anyone know if you can get this in a tiny pill? I'm as bad as a little kid with swallowing large things.

Mine are huge also, and I have trouble getting them down. I think you can get lower doses and you have to take 2 to make up for the one.

I take it 2X day as advised by my doctor for arthritis. Forgot the brand - Nature's Own? Something like that. It helps keep the joints lubricated.

I don't know if this would help you, but a tip I have tried is to coat the tablet with a little butter. Helps to go down easier. I haven't ordered any yet, but it looks like Shaklee brand has smaller ones. You may be able to google it.
