don't forget flaxseed oil has omega-3's also and it comes from plants, so no saturated fat. Also just ground flaxseed, I use both.

I am on Omega 3 per doctor's order. My cholesterol isn't great and my liver function isn't good enough to increase my meds, so that is what I am now taking twice a day. Couldn't use the first brand because it made me burp up fish taste..YUCKY. Had to go to a different brand that is much easier to take. If you ask the pharmacist, they will direct you to one that is easy to take. They are large though. I had to get the 1000mg. ones.
