We are visiting Memphis, and have seen the high waters, but had not seen the roads washed out, etc. I hope you are ok and that the coming crest isn't as bad as is feared...

Many times I've crossed that bridge while driving cross country. Never have seen it like this, it's truly awful, so sad.

I'm so sorry about these disasters and now the floods. My prayers are with all the people of the south as well as those who live close to the rivers. God bless and keep you safe.

Keep safe, and be careful when driving. Some people will drive through what they think is a puddle, and it floats their cars here in FL.. Hope nobody was driving on that road that sunk. I wouldn't want my husband standing so close to the edge as in that one picture. I say my prayers for all that have these weather problems.
Its still raining in IA., and they thought the Mississippi was going down, but who knows with all the rain they keep having.

Sending prayers for the people involved. Please keep us posted. So many people are in dire need from weather related disasters. A local telethon raised several thousand dollars for the people of Raleigh. Alone, we can only do a little bit, but together we can do a lot. Let's do what we can!
