I dunno Terri. I think she's just playing with us. I sure hope Russ is sleeping well, cause it looks like we're going to have to do this again tomorrow!

I'll be on and off tomorrow. I think we are headed up to the northern part of the island for a "tour". Not sure. Hubs had duty tonight, so won't be home. All depends on how much sleep he gets onboard, which usually isn't alot.

And I have to take the dog back to the vet. I'm hoping she can hold out for a while, but I also worry that she'll get worse over the weekend. And evidently the only option for this is surgery, one that my vet doesn't do.

That's not good. I went thru the same thing with one of my cats. He had so many things wrong with him, that COULD be fixed, but the closest vet was an hour away. So, I packed him up and went there. Come to find out, it's the best vet hospital in New England...or was at the time. Cost me about $2000 just to get him to where I could bring him home and then I could do his treatment. The things we do for our pets.........

Patches has actually changed her position in the stall!

Standing smack-dab in the middle now....but still standing. UGH.

Yup, she's moved, just a little. lol
Last year, I think she layed on her left side when she foaled. Maybe that's what she's waiting for ... the foal to move just right, then she can roll on that side.

Yes, she does, but I think it's that white patch she has that "distorts" her.

Yeah, the things we do for our babies!! She is such a good dog. And so loving and a good watchdog! And my big cat just totally terrorizes her! LOL.

Poor Patches. Look how sunk in she looks between hips and belly!

I can't believe she can still reach around to bite at her sides like that! LOL

Y'know Terri, I think we were on chat more last year during mare stare...
