I thought about the Australian Zoo (Steve Irwins), but that is a full day and they have the same thing as Lone Pines and 1/2 the price. Plus, we get a river cruise too! :)

Terri, that sounds like so much fun. I wish I were going. I've always wanted to see Oz. BTW, why did you say this was going to be your last trip to Oz?

It'll probably be my last trip only because we won't be this close again. Bill retires in 4 years and we will HOPEFULLY be in the states, STAYING there. Then I would like to do some US touring, as well as some European tours/trips.
No, haven't even looked at anything quilty as of yet. Trying to get an itinerary going. Waiting on a friend who lives in the Blue Mountains to get back to me as to what dates are good for him for a visit. We will be using city transit in Brisbane, then renting a car for the rest of the trip.
Just need to get a round about itinerary going, then can move things around if need be.
Oh yes...tons of pictures WILL be taken. Will make sure we have lappie with us so we can download pics, then take more and more.

Wouldn't it be fun to plan an international travel meet? I'm not sure how it would be done, maybe in two or three batches, like one in the US and one in Europe, kinda like a progressive dinner thing, but I think it would be totally awesome!
