Can't you do a rectal check on her to see if the foal is in the right position?
ANd, on which side of the body does the baby lay?

Sequin's foal at Tintagel is a colt & they named him "Siegmund" & it was only about 5 minutes labor for her. On their message board it said that they were just trying to "sort his legs out" & POP! out he came! lol

See Patches? That's what you're supposed to do too. Get your baby all in a line inside there & POP!!!, out she'll come. Kay does have a few other things to do you know...like get a real night's sleep....

I read that too, Sue.
Sure is a cutie, isn't he?
I posted the 2 pics of him for those that wanted to see him.
I was watching him while watching Patches. Was too cute when he gave the lady a hug. I wanted one too! lol
I caught the "event" right as he "fell" out. Was much better than the last one we watched from there.

But Patches is still being Patches....not doing what we want her to do. sigh..........

Yes, and Sequin sure gave him lots of kisses too, didn't she?
They do look even HUGER than usual after looking at mostly minis!
'Course, Andalusians are big anyway, but still....!!!

I hope Patches feels better today after moving around outside for a while. As lop-sided as she was just before I went to bed this morning, she had to be soooo uncomfortable.

I'm gonna get moving now. Will check in again before I leave to run my errands...

She's still outside - hopefully some exercise will get things moving! I remember in the last days before i had Lily, I just walked and walked - or rather, waddled and waddled LOL!

Sue, I was just loving that little guy. He's too cute!
While I was away from the computer, I had both screens up so Courtney could watch. Every once in a while I would hear....aww, too cute.....lol
Then she'd say....Come on Patches! Let's go!! lol

Look how he paddles those huge back legs and twirls his tale while he feeds! He's a beauty!
