It looks like something that you might of had to save box tops of cereal and send them in for the prize. You might Google box top prizes from the 50’s?

Some of the vintage airline pins have one wing like this one appears to. Might want to check those out.

Thank you, Mindless, for your searches. The orig owner of the button box is long deceased, but I'm sure she was not associated w/an airline (almost sure!). However, she could have picked the pin up somewhere. "Tis a mystery", but thanks to the internet and all you wonderfully helpful people, I hope to find the answer.
