I have quite a bit of the real stuff now, bought in flea markets in a higher wage area, the San Jose flea market. Lovely stuff, makes lovely appliques with no hemming needed, and makes the nicest skirts ever, the more it's washed the softer it gets.

Wow, flash back to the 70's. I made a shirt out of that for my Dad. He wore it out. I wonder how a purse would wear with that?
