My younger brother was born on a Friday the 13th, and he had always claimed that it was a 'lucky' day for him.

The unusual thing is, when he died, we held off on the funeral for one extra day, and he was buried on a Friday the 13th. No sadness, though, because, there is no doubt where he is now. So, even that day was a good one for him.

My wonderful current husband asked me out the first time on a Friday the 13th. Because he is such a joy I chose a Friday the 13th for our wedding, that was eight years ago. I had been resingled for 23yrs.

My niece is getting married this Friday, August 13th. I know we will all have a great time. Although, her mother fell and broke 3 ribs this past weekend and spent 2 nights in the hospital.

Hello, My first daughter was born on December, Friday 13th, 1974. My second daughter was born on March, Sunday 13th, 1988. However she would always say that she was born on Friday the 13th. My mother-in-law was superstious, why, because she was that way. My oldest daughter has 2 boys 4 and 2. What a handful they are. She thinks her oldest one is such a handful, however the littlest one is a pistol, he is small and very fast. He can do the jungle gym in their backyard without any fear. The older one gets nervous that he will fall and get hurt. (Break an arm or something.) Well ,they are just like thier mother and aunt. Small but very strong. I am one of 13 children. My mother married a widow (dad) with 2 boys. Then had 10 pregnancies, one set of twins. 3 whom died within weeks after birth. One who died at 3 years. She is my angle, along with my mother and the rest of my siblings. they look after me and my family at all times. Thankkks for reading.

My second daughter (born after 4 boys in between) was born on Friday the 13th. Her name is Amity and she nicknamed herself "Amityville"!

My DH and I were married on a Friday the 13th. That date was chosen by him deliberately, as he is a Halloween baby, born Oct 31st. We were also married in Oct.

I consider it to be my lucky day, as is the number 13. My first name starts with the 13th letter of the alphabet. We celebrate every Friday the 13th as our anniversary.

I was born on Friday the 13th in 1946 with 13 letters in my name, 13 years after my parents were married, my great grandparents 13th great grand child, and have enjoyed a long line if Friday the 13th adventures ever since. I just tell folks it was only bad luck for my dear mother. I was a hellion to raise!
