It's called dormant oil spray. It's too late for you to use it this year, however; it has to be used before the fruit buds open. There are lots of articles about it online. Here is a link to one:

I think I can use it because it says the first week of spring and we are still in winter, I will give it a try. thanks

Great! Hope it works! I'm planning to use it for the first time this year, but we are still *far* from the end of winter (or so it seems.......) Maybe late March.

My neighbor told me to spray my trees with soap and water to kill bugs.but not
on my plumeria tree it kills the leafs,but they do come back.
Fill a spray bottle
with water and add some dish soap about a teaspoon.
it does work on my other fruit trees and herbs. I sure am going to try epsom salt, learned something new today. Thanks.
