Don't you think with all the people using broad band that the dial up would be faster?

Wow do I understand this problem. We live way out in the country and can only get a hsp by satellite. Have been experimenting with a connection that works through Verizon's transmitters but it's very iffy. We lived with dial up for a long, long, long time before there were any alternatives at all.

Welcome from Mississippi
I only have dial up too so that limits the pictures I can look at and sure can't watch videos. But still love spending time on this board.

Welcome to the board from PA and I understand totally about dial up. I just got this high speed and it allowed me to find this great place! Enjoy it all, however you can.
