This is so funny...I just put up a post last weekend about this...
I buy Fresh Eggs......they are right ,you have to let the eggs get some age on them....... I liked the vinegar and when I put them in cold water,I'd crack them and let the water get in and the shell came right off..

Same problem - for egg salad, etc. I just cut the boiled egg in half and use a T-spoon to dig out egg in one scoop! You should (prolly have) see the mess one little grandchild can make "peeling" his fresh egg!
