Weasie, those are absolutely gorgeous!!! My mom did thread crochet, she made me a beautiful bedspread for a double bed, which I finally have now, queen and kings were in my life prior to my husbands passing. One square was plain and one had a raised rose pattern alternating with a fringe on the edges. I usually get it on my bed for the holidays, thanks for the reminder.

Such beautiful work!! It has been years since I have been able to do thread crochet. I did (at loose count) about 400 snowflakes many years ago. I had to make up a lot of the designs because there weren't many available in the 'olden days'. Now there are so many creative ones out there! I need to check posts...I have a treasure chest that I did for DD in a sad crushed state that needs repair and re-starch.
