Have a great trip - you're finally getting off the pebble! Looking forward to hearing about your road trip.

    Just checking in again.

All is fine. Courtney is working her last day of work. Will be going to pick her up in a couple hours. Will probably have dinner down there too, dunno as of yet. Not really hungry. Don't really get hungry while staying in hotels because gee...I'm not doing anything to make me hungry.
Went to Mass today and said our farewells to Fr Mike. Love that guy! Will miss him, but he'll soon be back stateside, so we can visit him. He'll be returning to Asheville, NC in a little over a year, so that will be nice....
Other than that, just hanging in there waiting...

Not sure if we will go thru OK City or not. Will be making a stop in Edmond, so maybe those of you in OK City could maybe plan something? If so, contact Leota, I'm sure she could figure out a place for everyone to meet or maybe something else, I dunno....

Babies will be hugged and loved on until they can't take anymore, which I'm sure will take a long time to do lol

Sharon...the last package is in the mail to you now. You should have it shortly.

Terri, I remember those homeless days in motels & Guesthouses. You'll will be so glad when you're in your own home here, Stateside & can breath again. I hated the times of not knowing day to day, but you will be able to relax & hold both those babies before long & all the waiting & anxiety will be over. Glad to have you come back soon & to hear that everything is fine. Keep us posted when you can.

Do you want to come help me plant tomatoes in the Topsy-Turvy planters before long? I may try squash in one, have three. I've been working outside, burning leaves & such. After having bil total knee surgery, I never thought I'd see the day I could get my hands dirty again. Can't keep a gardner/quilter down can they? Have to check out the local Plant Nursery soon. Flowers are my #1 passion, #2 quilting.

Good luck & saying prayers for you'll now. I was thinking about you earlier this week & today. I have the Post Card you sent to my grandkids. They really like it & check out my Board where I hang cards & pics. God bless all of you.

Have a safe trip Terri. I'm sure the 21st can't come fast enough for you! If you have any problems when you are in SoCal, give me a call - I can leave work if you need me, and I'm not tooo far from LAX.
I think most Starbucks have wifi, and I heard a commercial not long ago that McDonalds has it too! I don't know your itenerary, but when I was on my roadtrip, the rest areas in Texas had it too :D (no toilets, but wifi - go figure)
Add another smooch to those grandies from me!! :D:D:D

2 more days before we fly!
Have the shuttle confirmed so we have our ride to get the van.
Now, just to get there with everyone in tact.
Worried a bit about the cats going thru Tokyo, but I always worry about them when we fly.
Will make sure the flight attendant keeps the drinks flowing so we have a good flight.
Did I mention we are flying in the 2d deck of a 747? I've NEVER flown on one before and being able to upgrade to 1st class and fly on the upper deck is just too cool for me! :)

Safe travels; the weather people say there is a storm moving in to SoCal - it might be raining on Wednesday so be prepared! You'll probably be so happy to be back on the big rock it won't matter but if you have an umbrella, keep it handy. Best wishes!!!
