Good news indeed! We have friends still with us hoping to go home tomorrow! Not sure what they will find.

Thanks for all your prayers and good wishes. Just drove over there to verify that everything was ok and could actually get in. Still quite smokey but all is well. They bulldozed the easement on both sides of our road so now I won't have to mow!

I am so glad you are able to return home. I hope there is no damage to your home. May God Bless you, your family and your neighbors.

I was listening to Brian Williams the other night talking about the massive flooding on the coast. He said all that water would only be about 1/2 inch of rain for Texas. I wish there was a way to send the water from where it isn't wanted to where it is so desperately needed!

I'm so glad to hear that!!! I've been thinking about you, and saw the message a little while ago. We won't be at the park next Thursday, will be at Intown retreat. Let me know if you are coming to town Thursday, and I will give you directions. So happy you are back home!!! (We are staying in "evacuate" mode, until they get the area west of 1488 cleared.
