I got a call yesterday from our Walmart here in Ontario, Ohio that they are staffing the fabric department full time now.
I wrote to the corporate office and complained how the service here in the fabric department is bad. I had to wait for somebody to cut my fabric a long time and when they came to help me they did not know how to cut it and charge me for it .That happened more then once. Well maybe it was worth it to write an e-mail to the Main office. Time will tell. Every sewer here in the area are happy that they had their material back.

Whenever I have really bad service I always find out who the manager is and write them an email or letter. I'm surprised at how many will actually respond back to them. It's the only way they know that they have an issue sometimes.

Isn't it grand when you can make headway with such a huge entity? The local manager has thanked me for calling attention to a couple of things. It is the only retail outlet locally for a lot of things, but their food prices don't always compete well with our Kroger.
