Oh my goodness, I didn't realise your daughter is only 7. That just makes it so much harder.

Stay strong dude, I'm too far away to be of much help, but lean on those close to you when you need to.

Love and hugs from NZ.

Todays update!! She is responding to questions with a simple small yes or no shake..she has no movement on the left side of her body thou...we are unsure of blindness...I was told she will have Significant deficets...meaning there will be improvment, but don't expect a whole lot more than where she is now..it will take weeks for the swelling to go down..months in the picu, and who knows how long in rehab to see what she can do....Fortunatly for me, I am expecting more...she can do this...or so I keep telling her...walking, talking, sitting up, eating, seeing, even lifting her head again...not sure about...it will be months before we know any more...One moment at a time...she is alive...and for today that is good enough!!!
Her name is Morganna,...but we all call her Morgan

Hi, Jamie, and so sorry to hear your Morgan is going through all this. I've said a prayer for her and will continue to do so, and for you and your family as well.

God has a plan for your daughter and your family!! Your story will be an inspiration to others.
Noone but God knows how far Morgan will go! Doctors can only do so much and God does the rest! They have an educated opinion but as she is so young she has a strong chance of recovering everything in time!!
All things are possible with God! Praying for you and your husband. I know how much strain this puts on the family and the parents! We're hanging in there with you!!!

Jamie - you have the right attitude! Moms NEVER give up, even when everybody else does. You have all of us on your side praying for Morgan, so there's a lot going for both of you - for your whole family.

Jamie we are all with you in spirit. I know there will be times in the future when you feel defeated. Draw on the strength we give you across the miles. Remember God and all of us are in your corner.
