Thanks for the link; I missed that the first time around. My husband doesn't like the smell of laundry products so I wonder if there are unscented bounce sheets and if they would work the same way. Bounce comes in so many scents, do they all work the same when used as mouse deterrent? I have an appointment next week to have my car "mouse-proofed" as they've managed to get inside simply during an overnight parking. Bounce sheets would cost lots less!

Another cleaning use - save the old sheets and use as gentle scrubbies on things like faucets, sinks - really makes them shine with just water - and for scrubbing cheesy / sticky messes from pans and bakeware that yuks up your regular kitchen scrubber.

we are farmers and my hubby puts bounce in the machinery in the winter and it works to keep mice out---also put it in the motor home and does smell good and keeps some of the critters away-- does not work for all however so keep checking--- pack rats aand racoons are the worse and very distructive
