That is how I used to fold the regular cotton sheets. Now I use only the knit ones which are harder fold (for me anyway). My DH offers to help and sometimes I let him. Usually I just do the best I can and then call it a day and stuff it into somewhat of a rectangle and put it in the linen closet. LOL The older I get the more I try to be less of a perfectionist. Really I have to work at it. Little things have always stressed me. Now I figure - who really cares how neat I keep my linen closet? LOL

Been folding my sheets this way for years. An elderly neighbor showed me how. She could fold hers to look like they just came out of the package.

Thanks! This is something that has always driven me crazy, so maybe now I can fold a fitted sheet properly. Mine will probably wind up looking like Martha's guest's sheet.

Very interesting. I've been doing part of this lesson (all except putting all four corners together)...todays washing day I will practice.

Thanks

Lynn
