My doctor prescribed this for me, it's a low grade muscle relaxer. And I have had a weird side effect from it. In my right arm it's , i guess you can say relaxed, but I feel "bone pain" almost as if something is crawling on the bone. It is to the point of being painful and disturbing my sleep. I am not taking it tonight to see if the symptoms remain.

I wouldn't take it if it's doing that to you!! Sometimes I can tell right away if a prescription doesn't agree with me. Hopefully your doctor can prescribe something different for you. :D

I am calling her Monday. I am scheduled to see a joint specialist next month for my hips and other joints.

I have taken Flexeril and it did a number on me. Drymouth - loopiness.....I hate the way they made me feel. I now take Robaxin which does the job it's meant to do. I can take 1/2 pill or even a whole one without being "out of it" for hours. My GF takes Soma and likes it. She also had a bad reaction to Flexeril but I don't recall what her symptoms were.

I have taken Flexeril in the past. It makes me so sleepy for up to 48 hours that I can't take it. But that was about all it did, side effect wise.

Never taken that but other pain killers and sleep aids do that to me. I call it "Buggy Bones" Tylenol pm is the worst. I take nothing now, would rather be in pain and awake than have the feeling of bugs inside me body.

I've taken it when the muscles in my back were spasming (is that a word). Helped the problem, I was just a little tired. Ex took them once and made him rage. Scared me to death and I flushed those things ASAP.

My late husband was sensitive to drugs and had the same type of problems and was changed to a different med. He also had these side effects with prednisone, but he had to take it anyway.
