My grandmothers name was Olympe pronounced Ole Lamp. The postman at my local postoffice, his first name was Ord. My friend Candy Gibson's husband's name is Mel.

Also I worked with a guy named Tyrone Power and my son graduated with a girl and her name was "Precious Dicky" and I have the program to prove it. :roll:
Had a customer at the dealership I used to work at with the name Hercules and another one named Cinderella....what were their parents thinking?????

When we lived in Ca. I had to go see a podiatrist and the 2 Drs. names were kraft and mayo.

I've a third cousin named Lance Armstrong. I dated a guy once but couldn't bear the idea of my name being Trish Tracey, and the thought of hyphenating to Casey-Tracey just wasn't happening....

I work in a store, and we get some really funny names sometimes!

Years ago when I worked in retail, a man named Richard Gere came in to pick up his raincheck item. We were fighting over who'd get to wait on him! Not quite the same man though. :(

my dad's dermatologist is named Dr. Rashleigh and my X-SIL had an ob/gyn named Dr. Hackett.

When I was an orthodontic assistant we had patients named Robin Hood and McKenna Busboom.
