Myself and a group of 5 friends went to see it last week.
Outstanding movie. We waited all summer to see it together.
I highly recommend it.

I just finished the book--it was wonderful. My daughter and d-i-l went to see the movie and they agreed it's an emotional roller-coaster--so I'll stick with the book.

I read the book too and loved it. Plan to go with gals from bookclub. Glad to hear the movie lived up to the book.

I really liked the book when I read it a couple years ago and I look forward to seeing the movie. I would like to catch a matinee some Sunday afternoon at the gorgeous theater in a nearby town but it looks like the next several Sundays are busy for us. So I will do Plan B and watch for it to come to the little theater in the small town next to ours and catch it there one evening for about $3.

I read the book and loved the movie as well.

There is nothing that compares to reading the book but I thought the movie did it justice.

Read it for a book club and went to see the movie this week. Loved it! I wouldn't be surprised if it's nominated for some awards...especially the two main maids in the movie. They were great!
