Ginger or get charcoal tablets from the drug store. They work very fast!

A little baking soda in water will usually work.....Maybe someone there has some rolaids or tums. Heartburn is a common problem....

Try eating a bit of apple. for some reason this works for me. Also, how do you feel about your job? Anything going on there?
I had a manager that, every time I had to work with her, my stomach turned into knots. She was particularly b$%@*y.

Milk might help if you can get some.

Tums will help really fast.

How are you doing now? It's been almost a half hour since you first asked.

nobody has any Tums here so I think I'll run to Walgreens for some. Work is fine :) my SO made a pasta dish last night that was rather spicy but it didn't start bothering me until this morning...how odd.

Try keeping some wrapped peppermints in your desk for future problems, they are very soothing.

Uh oh! That's sort of funny and sort of not all at the same time! If that turns out to be true, Tums are fine to take during pregnancy.
