There are lots of cute pictures on the net. I like the ones shaped like a tooth with a little pocket in the back. Find some of the tiny zip lock bags for putting the tooth in at $ store. You can then make the pocket the right size for the bag.

Lynnie, I made them for my boys when they were little. I drew a big tooth, then made a pattern and stuffed it, then put a little pocket on the front for the tooth.

I did the same as Susie. I found some fabric with tooth brushes etc on it to use for one and Fairy fabric for the one I made my daughter.

I made one once for a little girl and I did it almost as you'd make a ring bearer pillow, but smaller, with a little pocket in the centre. It was all white satin and lace and ribbons so it looked really special when it was brought out.

How about a picture of the child with a missing tooth, on printable fabric? If you can get him or her to hold the tooth up and point to the empty spot in his/her grin, that would be perfect. If you're into embroidery, you could add a little saying, which I've seen on some of the machine embroidery websites (but could be done by hand, too). Google will probably be the fastest route to one of those. Sorry I don't have a specific example.

After I typed that I went to Google, and I have to say, anything at all would be better than this. Please don't make one like this, although kids that age would probably think it's hilarious!
