Do you have a Kohls near you? Take the item and the email and they’ll scan the code for you. You don’t even need a box to send it back in. I love the convenience of Kohl’s Amazon returns!

I love having the UPS store so close by. In and out in less then a minute. Scan and done. They have a scan line and a regular ship line. No waiting. I went there today to return an Amazon item. Put stopwatch on when I got out of the car, took exactly 35 seconds to be back in car. Parking is right in front of the store. Love my big small town.

I don't have a cell phone, so I just chat on Amazon and have them send me the return label in an email. Then I take it to the UPS store. Our Kohl's no longer takes/does Amazon returns.

I keep going with Chat until I get a real person. Sometimes it takes a lot of conversation, but it is usually worth the extra time. You can also have the call you, if you prefer to talk in person.

I don't have a cell phone

My cell phone saved me from a very painful accident. I won't be without one Please rethink not having one. They are needed these days for safety.
