Has anyone seen them?

Thanks!
If your pj pattern does not have pockets use a pocket pattern piece from another pattern and just sew them in as normal.
I was thinking the same thing!

I'm wearing a pair of blue plaid flannel pants right now...they are from the men's department at either Walmart or Kmart. I like them because when I walk the dog at the park, I have a pocket for my house keys and another for a doggy doodoo bag.

Good topic, and I love the idea about splitting the seam and sewing in your own pockets. I LA in my pj's (one of the perks of working @ home!!) I hate the pants that don't have pockets. Where am I supposed to put my Ipod?? Can't quilt without the tunes!!

Mens usually have pockets, I have to have pockets too. I have frequently ripped open the seam of store bought and put in my own pocket.

I agree, check in the menswear department. They always have pockets. Or, as the others have mentioned, simply buy the pants you like and find a similar weight, coordinating fabric and insert your own. :)
