I'm so sorry things are off to a rough start, but you'll get through this and feel better soon. My DD also had gallbladder problems and had it out a few months after the baby. It was done laproscopicly and she had a quick recovery. Get some rest whenever you can!

You poor thing. Get yourself fixed up and you'll be as good as new. Sweet William will be glad to have you back at 100%. He's little, so try not to feel guilty. He won't remember. Just focus on getting yourself better.

I hope you feel better soon. My sister had her gall bladder removed when she was in her mid-20s. She had been having so much pain in her stomach since she was 15, and every doctor she went to said it was nothing!! She was even told she was imaginig it!! Well, she finally went to a doctor who decided that based on how she described her symptoms her gall bladder neeed to be checked out -- IMMEDIATELY!! Guess what? That was exactly what was causing all the trouble!!!!! The poor thing had been in so much misery for so many years -- in and out of doctor's offices, emergency rooms, being told she was making it all up, etc. She is so-o-o-o much better now. 8-)

Oh that sounds so familar, my 2 DD had such terrible issues with their pregnancies this past year, and the side effects afterwards. Take care and hope you feel better soon.

Here's some advice I got from a friend (she had 6 kids so I figure she's an expert): Forget housework (it will be there when you feel better and he is 21, believe me) and try to sleep when he sleeps.
